The Ponsard-Chevalier Estate is situated in Burgundy, between Santenay and the Maranges.
For several generations, using local know-how with the best of the traditional and the modern, the Ponsard-Chevalier have made wines of constant high quality.
The hand-picked grapes are put into vats where they will stay for two to three weeks. The wine then goes into oak barrels and is left to mature for 15 to 18 months before bottling.
